Build me a chess website

Hi, I’m looking to start a casual – competitive chess website (only basic to start of) and I am trying to find somebody who can just build the basis of the website, only getting to the main chess game functions and maybe a bit of board customization and a basic ranking system for points when winning and losing + profiles (profile pics and countries and the ability to comment on other people’s pages.)
I am really looking for this to work and am looking to spend a lot of effort advertising so any developers can of course invest with their work and get some pay later.
I don’t really have anything else to say, I have a mid budget. Hope someone sees this!
