Build me a chart

Attached is a PDF template of loan repayment duration, a block for amount repaid each year and amount left, for example:

– Year 1 has one block of the repayment amount for Y1, and balance remaining
– Year 2, has the block of year one, and then the block of year two and in red the balance remaining

At the top of each bar (year), I need you to display the loan balance:
– Year 1 is amount borrowed x 1.15
– Year 2 is amount borrowed x 1.3 and so on

The arrow needs to be shown, the excel must be automated, and the format has to be the same as the pdf. Loan duration can be anything between 1 to 5 years, so I need the bars only to display the true duration.

Attached you will find a excel template with sample data, and the PDF of the EXACT layout I need. These charts need to be automated for any and all loan amounts/repayments/duration.

Charts can be made in excel, or any other software/application, would just need a section to input my data
