Build me a backend and frontend tweeking and add on with React and nodejs

HI ,
we require someone who has good knowledge in React and also in Nodejs.
Project is already made on React and nodejs, we just want to implement zoom apis into our project, We require someone who had good knowledge in React and nodejs, with architecture , 4 hours a day is max, if the person works dedicatedly.
