Build & host a basic 1 page scroller website — 2

We are looking for a developer to build us a 1 page scroller site with 5 anchor points linked to header text.

The entire mock up design will be provided in adobe photoshop including all text and graphic content.
There maybe a gif animations to insert into the site.

The mock up design will be a “mock up” and not “best quality” and so the designer will need to adjust positioning and layout on the actual site for best possible effect.

THIS IS IMPORTANT, YOU WILL NEED TO DESIGN THE LAYOUT NICELY SO THAT EVERYTHING IS LOOKING GOOD. OUR MOCK UP IS A BASIC JPEG TO GIVE AN IDEA.

Customisations required: We want to show a button on the site, when it is clicked it will display a message. But once it has been clicked 500 times then the button should become inactive and a different message should be displayed. I think will need a script to handle this function?

We have purchased a domain on 123-reg but we might need assistance hosting the site, we are not technical people at all. Thank You.
