Build/Code and NFT

I am looking to make an NFT that give real world value.

1) I need a website that will facilitate the sale and resale of the NFT’s.
2) I will need you to be able to create the NFT and have them randomly given rarity

Everything else will be discussed once we talk.

Please be familiar with designing NFT and creating the websites.
