Build an Express/ Node based Import /Export tool for Strapi

Project has 2 parts

We need an import/export tool to link to Strapi CMS via Graghql. The tool must be able to create entries across 2 collections, Parent/Child data based on CSV structure of sample file. The tool should also be able to Export the same data in strapi to a CSV file.
The data for export is organized by category defined by a separate Category Collection,
There are permissions set for who has access to export which category based on a Permission to Access Collection.
The tool should be a seperate Node server that can access strapi data via graphql and rest is needed. The control of functions should be able to be viewed in Vue /Node frontend that we currently have, and is authenticated to strapi via Token to verify permission rules. This function must be able to have users on our platform in development to import/export to their accounts.

2nd part is to augment above Import / export to allow for connection to a Shopify API for Importing Product/Item Data from Shopify to the tool, and for the exporting from our tool to create Categories, products,Variants from our data to Shopify. Each user in our app will link to a shopify API connection to push data to their respective stores
