Build an employment agency website.

Hi,
I’m starting a new employment agency and need someone to do build a site for me. It should be straight forward, however that is a vastly overused word.

The agency will offer employment opportunities to the temporary labour market, ie (construction workers).

Traditionally this market has caused massive frustration to employers.

This is caused by several things,

People not turning up for work.

Lack of quality workers.

Poor performance.

We aim to create a star rated employee site that allows employers to see the qualities that people registering for work have shown on previous jobs.

This allows employers to see who is available and their star rating helps them to decide who to choose.

It also encourages employees to be more conscientious, realising that the better your star rating, the more successful you will be at securing employment on a more regular basis.

To this end our site must have:

A page that the employer can post jobs.

A facility for a worker to apply for a job.

A facility to allow an employer to log on and choose employees who have indicated that they are available.

A sign up subscriptions page for employers and employees, with their own log in details. This would have to be linked to a payment platform for employees.

When employees register we need to take them to a profile page so they can fill in their details and upload proof of identity

We must have full administrative control of the site.
