Build an EA based on custom Indicator

I have a custom indicator that I would like converted. It shows trading waves, and I would like for it to enter a trade when the number 2 appears. It will use the TP shown by the indicator, and also set SL accordingly. I would then like for it to enter trades every 10 to 20 pips until it nears the target and have them all have SL targets just below the entries.
