Build an APP and IOT Manager for DoorBell

We need an IOT Manager Application with apps reference Ring/Tuya and some minor customizations on the referred apps, for example changing colors and removing IOT devices available from the list of supported devices of the app.
Require for Android and iOS (ipad/iPhone- from ios ver6). The developer must deliver the APK.
