Build a website to showcase homemade videos, a blog, talk about video games in hopes of monetizing later

My son is getting into coding in Roblox and other games and wants to make a website where he can talk about games, show off his creations in video or blog form, do animation videos and so forth. Linking to youtube, and other social media will be important, but also his privacy of personal information.
Like to use a CMS like WordPress since its open source and always updating..
