Build a website for NGO with payment gateway for donation (recurring and one time)

I want a website to be created for NGO/Charity
features required :
1. Website with admin backend to add/delete/edit data whenever required
2. option to add multiple causes and projects with donation option.
3. for payment gateway we can use razorpay
4. website will have details about : causes, volunteers, and about ngo.

project budget is maximum 8000 INR. so please don’t quote more than this.
