build a website and App

I’m looking for a white-label app for hospitality services, mainly for coffee shops.

Reference apps: Starbucks, Cafe Nero for the aesthetics

The App should include, as a minimum:

In-app ordering and payment/availability
Integration to POS
customer loyalty programs, such as free coffee after ten drinks, birthday coffee etc.
Ability to leave reviews on social and share reviews/App on social.
Customers should also receive rewards for sharing and successful downloads of apps/orders through their referrals. (sharing on social gives customer rewards points, anyone who then downloads, registers App and comes orders get the first drink for free, and the person who referred them also receives a free drink)

The App should include table service/ordering/reserving table spots (only for pre-paid orders)

The App should include giveaways and reserve/giving away expiring stock, particularly for repeat customers who order the same thing and are close by. (geo-fencing/tagging)

The App might include games and books like a digital content library, newspapers etc.

The App can run customer competitions such as best dog of the month, the customer uploads their best dog pic they found, and both dog and owner get a free drink.

The App should include a webcam view of the shop or peak time tracker.

The shop should include a quiet hour, sunday morning 7-8 no talking order on app reduced noise

The App should include links to our playlists so customers can track songs, like songs, Spotify, etc.

The App should include Tide times.

The App should include our blog/vlog.
The App should include a gallery of coffee art (probably a blog category)

The App should include customer polls, seasonal promos etc.

The App should include coffee recipes/that will be on the menu and maybe how-to’s, particularly for pastry.

The App might include a leaderboard for the most caffeinated! Most referrals, most parties!

The App should include a direct call to the fav shop.

App back end needs to include staff management, timesheets, and expense request leave requests.

The app should include a partnership program with other local brands for customer discounts, we can then geofence their stores and send adverts.

Should also geofence competitors and run rival promos.

The idea will be to have one admin suite to manage everything above.

The app should reward top users-with a member status

like basic-gold-platinum user

each tier of user should receive different offers/discounts
