Build a website

I have an old website that I would like to bring up to more modern standards. I am open to design ideas and would be willing to consider much less content. The website currently is www.peopleinsights.com. I like more of a one page type of site that scrolls down with links. I would eliminate the blog and in the news sections. I would also like to shorten the client list. Open to your thoughts. Also, would like to have the ability to make minor changes to the site on my own when completed. I look forward to seeing the type of work you can do.
