Build a web-base Interactive Directory and Collaboration Forum

Creating a Yelp like Directory for Universities/Colleges to place information for key contacts from each college /department. Each University/ College will need to be able to login and update their own directory information and have a user experience similar to the ease of use of Yelp. There will also need to be a feature for posting comments and a forum to seek/ promote support and collaboration from other users. It needs to be in WordPress and easy for a non-WordPress expert (as Admin) to make basic changes to information and system updates.
