build a printable 3D model

I have a headphone stand and it has a circle piece of plastic in the bottom, at the same time I have a thin wireless charger. I want to merge both of them together, all I need is a piece of plastic that can stabilize the wireless charger above the bottom of the stand. attached is a link of the Headphone stand with its dimensions, once finding the freelancer, I’ll try to get the dimensions of the charger.
