build a marketplace website + app

It is a tech store market place with multiple vendors.

The multi-vendor marketplace has different subscription methods, so vendors can either have the first option with 10% commission rate and free marketplace delivery, or second option which is 7% commission with no marketplace delivery but the vendor has to deliver the order.

It would be a multi-lingual website and app (arabic and english)
and there is a dashboard where sellers could see stats on their sales as well as the marketplace owner

The mobile app will be available for both iOS and Android
