Build a development plan for an NFT Smart Contract and minting website

I need help building a timeline for the delivery of a Profile Picture NFT launch and minting website.

What I’m looking for is a full development timeline. This should show what development items occur in what weeks – all the tasks and functions related to building and testing a typical NFT collection launch Smart Contract, web3 integrations, the frontend and backend tasks, etc. It should be detailed and specific.

The timeline should also provide information about what the client will need to provide and when they will need to provide – assets, metadata, 3rd party code audits, etc, as well as website migration tasks.

I essentially want a very detailed development plan for an NFT collection launch that I can show clients.
