Build a dating app for both iPhone and Android

I want someone to build a dating app for both iPhone and Android. The app has almost the same features as eHarmony except it doesn’t have a matching algorithm, and it has the option to comment on photos and reply to specific messages in the chat.

The follow tech stack must be used:
• React Native for app UI
• AWS cloud for hosting the backend services and database
• S3 for storing images and messages
• Cognito for authorization storage (no third party authorization like facebook or google)
• DynamoDB database for storing all app structural data
• AWS Lambda for the processing (exposed as rest services through API Gateway)
• ElasticCahe for caching database calls
• SNS for push notifications
• SES for email notifications
• Amazon Rekognition – Content Moderation service to check for explicit or suggestive content in photos
before approving each photo.

I don’t have the UI design but I have an idea of what I want it to look like. I will send detailed requirements upon request or once someone is selected. I have a list of test cases that must pass before project is considered complete. Also performance/load testing is required to ensure app performs under load.
