Build a CNC file for Heart

Hello! I am brand new to CNCing, and have just purchased a Shapeoko 4.

I need some assistance in making 3 size variations on the same heart. I have traditionally been hand shaping these, and have a lack of knowledge on the CNC. I have attached a few photos, if more is needed please don’t hesitate to reach out.
