Build a Chart Website by using APIs
Project detail
Several ecommerces in Brazil work with around 300, 500, 1000 and even 3000 products.
To follow the best selling price of each product requires a lot of time and research.
The purpose of the platform is to connect the platform with the ERP.
ERP is the product management system, we will work with 4 different ERPs, BLING! (Https://www.bling.com.br/home), TINY (https://www.tiny.com.br /), and Blue Account (https://contaazul.com/).
Each of these ERPs provides an integration API for you to be able to collect the necessary information.
With the API of these ERPs, we will collect the following information:
Name of products.
Price of products.
Purchase price of products.
Quantity of products available.
Quantity sold in the last 6 months.
The platform will carry out the price suggestion in 3 ways:
1 Way – As I mentioned, it will be according to the average selling price of the marketplace that I sent you.
For example, an ecommerce sells a curtain for R $ 250.00 but the average selling price of competitors is R $ 198.00, therefore, it must lower the price to R $ 195.00 in order to have a competitive selling price.
2 Way – It will be through a mathematical logic to calculate the sales flow.
For example, ecommerce imports products every 100 days, so it is important that all or almost all products are sold in 100 days, not in 80 days because it is failing to bill more and not in 120 days because capital his turnover will increase and the products will be stopped for a longer time.
3 Way – By calculating taxes, purchase price, fixed costs, margin, etc.
The 2nd and 3rd rule I will pass on to you.
In short.
The platform will connect your ecommerce with the ERP (One of the 3 ERP, depends on the customer) and our platform using API. A page will show a list of all products, along with the quantity available, the current sale price, and the suggestion of 3 prices, according to the 3 rules mentioned.
It would be interesting if we were able to create some graphs and indicators for the user to follow their evolution over the last 3 or 6 months, for example, a graph showing the number of sales, another graph showing the profit in relation to the cost price, and showing some other important indicators, such as ROA (Return on Assets), working capital, etc … this we will do with that data collected from the ERP.
