Bug Fix (Laravel/PHP) – Image Location/ Storage causing issue

I am looking for a PHP/Laravel Developer who can understand my code issue.. It works fine in my localhost but then when I push code to server, I see missing images in product catalog and other ways. I have a development team who would come back on Monday so this is a trial project to see if we can work long term. I need this fix (permanently) in 12 hours. I don’t want new code update from localhost to reintroduce this problem.
