books&chat Xamarin.Forms mobile app

I would like to have a very simple cross platform mobile app,
Which is basically for selling books and customers chat (attached)

* You should develop it in xamarin.forms cross platform
* You should be able develop clean/organized code
* App quality matter the most !
* At the end of the project you will share the code, and i should be able to build it locally

* Please don’t make bid if you will write non relaistic deadline or price estimation !
