Book editing in Affinity Publisher

We are doing a series of childrens books. The books are mostly done but need to be cleaned up. We are using Affinity Publisher for our book editing (competitor to Adobe Indesign). The work is mostly repertivive but making sure all the page numbers, formatting etc gets done correctly. Not looking for great design knowledge but tool proficiency will help (any design tool – you can learn this quickly)
