I need a Python developer who can help me to build a Flask web app for body measurements like chest, biceps, leg length, waist, etc., using computer vision Python. Users can open the website and can scan it using the camera.

Full requirements:

1. Unique Link for customers to take their measurements
2. Profile form. First/Last name, email address, and phone number
3. Take entire body measurements using a phone or tablet camera with 99.9% accuracy
4. screen guide guides the user on how to take the measurements. Add voice if possible
5. Output. PDF of customer profile info, 3D body mock-up with measurements. the File should have the company logo and branding
6. Output from Req# 5 stored in a google drive folder with the customer name in the file name
7. Email notification sent to email
