Bluetooth Gamepad with ESP32 and ESP-IDF framework

We are looking for someone to write a program on ESP32 micro-controller to emulate a Bluetooth Gamepad. The program has to be build with ESP-IDF framework not Arduino. The gamepad has to have Xbox360/One controller layout and has to be compatible with Windows, Linux and Android.
