bicycle lugs

I am having a custom lugged bicycle made and need 3 dimensional sculptures of lugs. The lugs should be art nouveau and use a method similar to the third photo (structural lug with metal applique) in organic type forms (similar to the vase). Happy to share more photos with interested parties.

IMO, this project is suited for someone with a fine arts interest or experience (eg, more like sculpture and less like graphic design). The forms should be organic and somewhat asymmetrical.
