AWS Textract Signature Tagging

Needed: AWS Expert with Textract and ML experience.

Goal:
Create a process to automatically locate and tag spots where a document requires a signature in a PDF package.
Example PDF Package that will be used:
https://www.nationalnotary.org/file%20library/nna/conference/2017/managingloansigningslikeapropacket2017approved.pdf

Overview:
We want to be able to locate where signatures are needed in an unsigned PDF and create X/Y coordinates so we can provide that info to an esgin applicate like docusign or SignNow.

We will need to utilize AWS Textract and also ML to improve accuracy.

Locate the X/Y coordinates of each signature line so that we can add tagging code.
