Automatic meal break deductions in Humanity , Automatic exporting of timesheet hours into Bamboohr

Task #1 Using humanity Api or custom coding my business needs to automatically track meal time California penalties where if the employee does not take their lunch break by the 5th hour, they are awarded 1 hour paid time. And if an employee takes less than a 30 min lunch break, they are awarded 1 hour paid time. It should automatically see its violation and add paid hour to the employee categorized separately in the humanity scheduling software payroll/hours totals export for the pay period (called PDLCHAWD). Is this possible using humanity API? Currently this is a manual process that has to be done by a person.

Task 2: Automatically export timesheets hours worked in humanity into bamboo hr using either humanity API or bamboo hr API
