Audio / Video Conferencing App

Platform / website that will have a one way live video streaming component to allow the event host to live stream to up to 20 people
Event host doing the live video will be video streaming live one way to an audience of up to 20 viewers
Audience must have the option to raise hand on their end if they have a question
When audience raise hand, this must be added to a queue based on order in which hand was raised (or something similar)
Event host must be able to access queue with raised hands in order received
When event host selects a hand, the person who raised hand must have voice capability to ask their question
The event host must be able to end voice call once question is answered and move to the next raised hand
The audience should be able to access event up to 5 minutes prior to start time, and should see a timer counting down.
