Artist needed for short comic book project

I am looking for a artist to pencil and ink (in black and white) a one-shot comic book.

The artist will be required to complete 17 pages. There are 16 pages in the interior of the comic.
One page as Cover, therefore 17 pages in total.

The artist will work from active communication, storyboard, description and guidance given by the comic creator (the writer). The comic creator (the writer) will have the copyright and all rights of the intellectual property that is created as a result of the comic book.
