If we can use setback on side for drive and utilize entry/ exit for garage on side we would prefer that.
Prayer Room have to have open plan to make it large room when need to connect with living area.
Entry should over look pool
Maximum glass use for natural light.
2/3 HVAC and 4 Instant Water heater ( Master/Kid/KID and rest for entire house). Depend on engineer suggestion.
This is my thinking we can move around things from ground to 1st floor or vise versa.
