Architectural diagrams of building panels and building

We’re looking to revise the 3 existing graphics (attached) of our building technology to enhance our presentation materials. We’d like the graphics to be designed in Illustrator in vector format with a transparent background and consistent style applied to all three graphics. We may look to use these graphics as the basis for an animation in the future.

The ‘Styles’ attachment indicates what we are looking for in terms of style. The pencil drawing on the far left is too simple and boring. The hyper realistic rendering to the right prevents us form highlighting certain aspects of an image and is too detailed. The graphic in the middle is close to what we are looking for. More realistic than the pencil drawing but not hyper realistic. We like the way the center image allows us to emphasize certain aspects of the images and draw the reader’s attention to those specific points.
