Arabic speaking video editor & animator for kids nursery youtube videos needed

I am looking for an Arabic speaking video editor and animator who can create nursery videos for YouTube. The target audience for these videos is children aged 0-2 years old. The videos will be 20 minutes long and I have existing RAW footage shot with a green screen background that needs to be edited and animated.

Ideal skills and experience:
