ARABIC SPEAKER – Customer Journey Design for Government Services (please read full project description before you submit your interest)
Project detail
A government entity requires a redesign of its customers journey to improve the experience for services it offers its citizens
The project scope is:
– Map the ‘as-is’ of the customer journeys by engaging with stakeholders at the government entity
– Identify the pain points in the journeys by engaging with stakeholders at the government entity
– Improve the journeys (i.e. design the ‘to be’ journeys) and align with with stakeholders at the government entity to reach a final design
Requirements:
– Prior similar experience
– Ability to engage with senior client members professionally
– Experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus
– Experience in government services and services is a plus
– Fluency in English + Arabic
– Remote work is fine
– Project can last up to 6 months and is expected to start in 2 months
– Freelance can choose to work full time or part time
