App developer

I am a marketing specialist for a new religious organization. We need an app for our organization. I would like to place the app in google playstore and Apple store. I attached a screenshot to give an idea of the layout.
I need to have People, Groups, Ads, Events and pictures. This app needs to have admin controls. I need to have payment module to accept money. I would accept a copy of another site as long as it has the features, like BOONEX Dolphin.

I need the ability to pick my own icons for the app, I also need a landing page which starts when the app opens. This landing page has my logo. I didn’t post a price, I’m looking for bids. I have no idea how much work is required or how long it takes. This would be unfair to post a price for something I have no knowledge of the work required.
