API development/integration for security cameras

API Development Tasks:
These are requests for estimates to develop a custom RESTful API for monitoring security cameras using angelcam. Api must have live streaming and playback features as described in Angelcam’s API info here: https://developers.angelcam.com/. This API will need to be integrated into the proper module area in our user’s dashboard to view live feed via OpenAPI. It is assumed that prospective developers have surveyed the Angelcam API and have properly assessed this outlined criteria needed to complete these tasks. Developers should be proficient in: API, ASP, PHP, Javascript, HTML and MySQL, website design and responsive as well as mobile elasticization. Developers should be willing to communicate daily, and take calls/messages whenever necessary to expedite completion of tasks. Developers must be available full-time until ALL tasks are complete, and be willing to strictly adhere to time estimates, with 15% penalty for work delivered one week late, and a 25% penalty for work delivered 2 weeks late. Additionally, this API must each be troubleshot and checked for any bugs before individual task-milestones are released.
