Animator for making a 5 min short film

I am looking for an experienced animator to create a 5-minute short film. The animation style I’m looking for is 2D, as I already have a script and storyline in mind. I’m hoping to find someone who can bring this story to life with their creative work and talent. The end product should be 5 minutes in length.
