Animation base on the Script — 2

I am looking for an animator to create a 2D basic animation based on my script, it is about a children’s story. The animation software is up to the animator’s preference, but I am looking for someone experienced in Adobe After Effects or Toon Boom Harmony. The final animation is expected to be 4.34 minutes long.
