Android native app for device sensor data display, collection, ftp upload, and sharing — 2

I need to port an existing iOS app I developed for a client to Android. It is a visually simple app as per attached pdf of screen flow.

Developer must be located in USA.

No blanket agency bids please.

The primary function is to display and log device sensor data and upload the saved .csv file to a predefined FTP address, for long recordings interim files are auto uploaded by FTP at preset intervals.

Saved files are managed by a File Manager screen where the files can be deleted, emailed, or shared to other available options.

Please only bid if you can show existing experience of native android app development, experience of processing/collection of device sensor data apis, FTP networking, and file handling.
