Android/ iOS phone app. Complex, not complicated

Hi, we need to finish up a project that needs to be pushed through. Everything is there but some of it is not quite right. You will need to be fluent with GPS and Google Maps, as well as file management. The app generates reports for print in PDF and are then sent by email in PDF. It also allows the user to elect for a xml file sent by email. The data does not populate the xml file fields correctly. It only sends from Gmail. It should send from the preference email account.
There are minor focus and cache issues.
The GPS does not properly release the prior location when a new request is made. Therefore it does not always capture the distance. I suspect this is due to cache and resetting the routine/loop.
File management is missing. There is not a method to manage the files generated to either delete or move them off the phone to other storage. If this is to be done using conventional file management, we need to include the file management selection in the Hamburger Menu and create the intuitive user method, and necessary “help”.
We need a strong developer or a team that can correct the code and create the visual elements necessary to fill out the project.
We have a strong budget and the app is in development. You will be joining a team to work out the remaining requirements.
You will be tested for your skill assessment.
If you are a independent freelancer, you must have a business license or tax ID.
This is an hourly project.
