Android Emulator Support for USB

I need someone Who knows a program that is on source.android.com its a command called QEMU with options to pass USB to the emulator to program android Emulator like bluestacks that will use my windows USB Port for a device that right now only works with an Android but I want the emulator should pick up that device true windows. Right now when I run the app true the emulator it says no USB detected
