Android Bluetooth integration

I’m looking for someone who has experience with writing good quality code for Android. I have a bluetooth device that has an SDK. I also have an app that comes with the hardware. I’m trying to get some similar code implemented in my own app. If you know Android programming well, and also have some idea of how to write a Flutter/Dart package, you may be right for the job.
