Android App for Inventory

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. It will import a .csv file which contains barcode (number), product name, amount of product available, cost, price, department. It will use camera to read codebar in order to find the product in the .csv file and be able to modify product name, amount of product available, cost, price or department. When users wants they could send the .csv file by email o copy to a folder in a Windows PC.
