Analyzing brain volumes in spss

I have a project where I need to carry out a 3×2 way ANOVA and produce a graph for 6 different brain areas.

-between groups factor of “diagnosis at 19” with three levels: controls, AUD and ED
-within-group factor of “age at diagnosis” with two levels: 14 and 19
