Analyze LogFiles using PowerClI

I Need Function with Menu Option To Analyze Log Files
Input has Three Log Files attached.

I need Function to be able to retrieve Status using this Logfile and TimeStamp of Execution Time.

Requirement
1.Execution Time of the Workflow from the Log File
2.Status of the Run time for the Workflows
3.I also need Photon OS deployment with Post Configuration using VMTools Automatically
a)Download Template from Photon OVA from website
b) attach the template to vCenter
c)Deploy Virtual Machines from this Template and Assign IP address from the Json file specified.
