Job Title: AEM Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Architect to join our dynamic team. As an AEM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient solutions using the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AEM best practices, architecture, and integration techniques, combined with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the architecture and design of AEM-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the AEM platform.
3. Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices for AEM development.
4. Perform system design and analysis, including identifying technical dependencies, integration points, and data flow diagrams.
5. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize AEM implementation.
6. Define and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and content models to support business requirements.
7. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
8. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM implementation and integration.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) working as an AEM Architect, designing and implementing large-scale AEM solutions.
3. Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies, including AEM Core Components, HTL, Sling, OSGi, and Apache Felix.
4. Proficiency in Java/JEE development and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
5. Extensive knowledge of AEM best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security standards.
6. Experience with AEM integrations with external systems and third-party tools (e.g., CRM, DAM, analytics).
7. Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular) and modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps).
8. Strong understanding of content authoring workflows and digital asset management concepts.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Adobe Experience Manager certification (AEM Architect, AEM Developer, or related certifications).
2. Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments, preferably in AWS or Azure.
3. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
4. Familiarity with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
5. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
