adult site wordpress malware virus clean

Hi I have a large site.
Wordfence is showing over 4000 results for viruses. In the past I remove malware then every few it always comes back.

Looking for someone who can remove all results, and also help me make sure they dont not appear again in the next days. I have attached a screenshot
