Working Hours: 1 pm to 10 pm GMT+8 Sundays to Thursdays; Saturdays – twice a month 1 pm to 5 pm GMT+8
Type of contract: Freelance
Rate: $410 monthly
We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and looking to hire 2 Admin Account assistants to support our busy Accounting department. To qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of transactions
• Type/encode payments reports
• Mapping of payments in the Accounting system
• ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
Skills/background:
• attentive to detail and with Accounting background of minimum 2 years
• typing speed: 30 wpm
• typing accuracy: 96% and above
• eager to learn and take on new tasks with enthusiasm
• open to constructive feedback
Technical requirements:
Strong uninterrupted Internet connection
Laptop or desktop in working good condition
