Adjust my laveral site

I would like someone to look over my site and offer options in terms of design, the function is quite good but the design needs some work. I would like someone to look at my site and then send through something they have built that is similar or supply a simple mock up design. The site is built using Laveral so an understanding of this is a must. Please do not spend a lot of time on this, I will be making a decision quickly on someone who can do this. If you can adjust some of the parameters of the site using Laveral, this can be a separate discussion and we will be interested in you thoughts. Will be happy to send what is needed with the successful applicant and in talking, will supply competitors sites for an idea of what we are trying to do.
