Addition in web based application made of react.js typescript and java spring boot.

I am looking for a React.js TypeScript and Java Spring Boot developer to add a new feature to my web-based application. The purpose of this addition feature is to extract data from single or multiple files and view it in a single report and multiple reports. The feature needs to support PDF file formats. As for handling and design will be discussed letter, I am open to suggestions.
